One of my favorite parts about staying at our hotel in Maui were the hammocks. It was so nice to be able to lay out there to relax and read. I'm already plotting to put one in my parents backyard <SideSmile>. I hope everyone has been having a great first week of 2013! Unfortunately I have been sick with a cold, but at least I have my pictures from Hawaii to make me feel better :)

I came across your post thanks to a Google Alert and was inspired to leave a comment. About 10 years ago I started a small hammock company with the philosophy that 'life is better in a hammock' and it's great to see you've been smitten by the feeling of a hammock much like I was. Our hammocks are a bit different than the ones in your picture, they're designed to be extremely portable so you can literally take them anywhere and enjoy the feeling of a hammock wherever you go.
